What is Prosite Live?

When you sign up, you’ll get to choose one of our 4,000+ professional templates. We will then customize it for you, using your color scheme and logo. Then we will give the site back to you connected to Prosite Live, our powerful and easy to use online application, that allows you to edit your website anytime you are online from wherever you are.

What if I don’t have any website experience?

Honestly, this is one of the biggest concerns we hear, but rest assured Prosite Live was designed with you in mind. Even for those with the lowest level of website and computer experience find the basic functions of Prosite Live very easy to use like changing text, colors, adding pictures, creating new pages, creating links, and more. All of our tools have very recognizable pictures and descriptions to assist you. Also, if you need more help, we have a help section with definitions and a how-to section to assist you. Anyone who can send email or have used any popular programs like Microsoft Word will find Prosite Live a very easy way to make changes to their site.

Is this software only for beginners?

Nope. Each tool has some basic features that are easy for anyone to use, but many of our tools have several very advanced features included as well. There is also an HTML view where you can directly edit the code to look exactly how you want it to.

What are the advantages of using Prosite Live versus hiring a website designer?

Cost, time, and convenience. When most people build a website they have to talk to one person to host or store their website, another to buy their website name or domain, and another to possibly do their email. On top of that they have to pay a website guy to build it and then if there are more charges every time they want to make a change. Many website designers charge between $40-75 an hour with a good basic website costing $500-$1,000 or more. With Prosite Live you will be able to make changes anytime and for one low cost.

Can I chose any name I want for my website?

Yes, when you sign-up you can chose the name of your website and we will purchase that domain for you (the name of your site). You can use our domain checker to see if it is available. If you already own a domain, we can use that existing name as well.

Can I have my own email address?

Yes, you can! We will give setup your first 5 when you sign-up. After that, you can add as many as you want.

Site Setup:

How long does the "Site Setup" take?

Usually, we say we try to have your website back to you in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) from the day we schedule a call with you and our setup specialist. But because there are several factors involved, we usually tell people 7-10 business days.

What all happens during the "Site Setup?"

During the Site Setup, we will contact you about your site setup, customize your site with your business name, logo, and colors, connect your template to our Prositelive online application, setup your email, register your domain name, and setup your hosting.

Can I really use Prosite Live for free by getting three referrals?

Yes, you can! Referrals are our way of saying thank you to our customers who tell others about us. If three people sign-up and give your referral number, then we will thank you by giving you free service for however your referrals stay with us.

What if one of my referrals cancels their service, do I start paying again?

As long as you have 3 referrals using Prosite Live, you will receive free service. You can always have more than 3 just in case. :-)
